I got in a muddle with the key code but was contacted and made aware of this and advised of correct code and consultedAbove and beyond helpfulKey works perfectly but be aware it is much larger in size than an original Yale that came with door and no neat plastic topVery good value for money

Item works well. Stupidly thought I was getting three keys, but on closer inspection, the advert was for just one. A bit misleading with the photograph for three keys though.Shopped about and got another two Yale Platinum keys for eleven ninety Inc post/pack. :-)

Ordered on Sat 6/4/24 keys were delivered Monday. Keys are genuine Yale and all work great. Brilliant service

I ordered extra keys for 2 different locks, one Yale Platinum and the other Yale Superior.Both sets of keys supplied looked very similar and like the Yale Platinum design. The Yale Platinum keys worked fine, but the Yale Superior keys would not go fully into the lock and were shorter than the original Yale Superior key.Will return as I suspect they supplied both sets as Yale Platinum type.
