Must read if you don't want to make a fool of yourself in Arab countries
Read the whole book...it's an easy read and very insightful, accurate information. What I learned from this book helped me understand how to proceed in a very specific situations that required culture awareness and actions so as not to be ignorant or insulting.

Wonderful introductory guide!
What a great way to introduce yourself to a country and a culture! I am finding that The Culture Smart series is really well done,(I have bought several), and the UAE (United Arab Emirate) guide lives up to that high quality.

A book worth reading if you’re going to visit UAE. It’s important to know what is acceptable & unacceptable in their culture.

Great for Dubai
My husband and his best friend went to Dubai on vacation. They read this on the plane on the way over and were able to use this while they were over there. It seem to help.
