This is our industrial control panel trainer with an Allen Bradley Micrologix 1100 PLC and analog I/O module. It includes 10 discrete 24VDC inputs, 6 discreete 24VDC outputs, 2 analog inputs, and 2 analog outputs. Designed for both schools and individuals who wish to learn more than the basic trainers and instruction manuals can't teach. They include four momentary push buttons, two 2 position selector switches, two 3 position selector switches, four lights, a 0-10K ohm potentiometer, a 4-20mA analog gauge, an open style 2 pole double throw normally open/normally closed contactor that you can see the physical contacts of, a three phase drive, a three phase motor, and a heater mounted in front of the fan for teaching process control such as PID. The trainer requires 120VAC and plugs into your typical wall outlet. The drive outputs 230 VAC to the three phase fan drive which is pre-wired on the trainer.
