I just recently used these dowels to glue up a treadmill desk i made for my wife. The dowels are cut accurately. They slide in with minimal effort. The flutes are large, so glue can squeeze out easily. A couple dowels were split but the vast majority were in perfect shape. The variety in diameters and lengths is very helpful.
