I use this to spritz the meat I have on the smoker. It is easy to use and does a great job. The pressure is perfect for helping to keep food on the grill or smoker moist and can aid in bark formation on roasts on the smoker. Just pump it up to add pressure inside the sprayer and then use it to spray whatever it is you are spraying. It is big enough that you don't have to worry about refilling it often and small enough that it isn't cumbersome. It is made from food quality materials. Great value.

If it fails to pressure and spay, pull top assembly out and hand tighten the black pressure tube. Mine was loose but works fine after just a hand tighten in the tube.

Used it ounce and now when you pump for preasure it just sprays non stop. Ive tried really cleaning the seals, making sure it tight etc and this thing just sprays all over the place until you unscrew the entire top. I do not recommend this at all. It was a complete waste of money.

Got this Friday and smoked ribs on Saturday and Pork belly today. Works great.

This product came to me defective but after I contacted the business and alerted them, they made it right by refunding me the entire purchase price! I was delighted that this business was understanding by honoring my request of a refund, I just wish it would have worked because I was looking forward to using this sprayer at the ranch.

I have to give a shout out to "Dead broke BBQ" on youtube. First of all the guy is very detailed on all his videos. I have learned how to use my new Pitboss 1600 Elite pellet grill from him. But in reference to this product. He uses it on hus videos to spritz his brisket and other meats on the grill. I Gabe a small spritzer I've always used but I took his recomendation and bought this spritzer. Man am I glad I did. This thing is a BEAST! It holds plenty of apple juice to do the entire cook on the brisket. That's usually a good 10-12 hours of spritzing. Second of all it focuses the spritz perfectly. Very easy to use. Easy to direct the spritz right where you want it and easy to clean. Just fill it with soapy water and spritz..then clean water and spritz. Easy peasy... great product. If you barbecue and smoke meat you need this! It is a definite buy..buy..buy!
