Replaces old mop used this before and lasts ages. Great for our large area of hard floors

Works well, is easy to use with the button on the mop that lets it fold up so you can dunk it. I've had it for a few months and it's still going strong. I had a spray mop before that broke and didn't do as thorough a job as this, so I'm happy

Misleading advertising…….shows the full mop but only the pad received. Will be looking for a refund

I specifically bought this for my kitchen. It was easy to put together and I bought the specific solution Vileda recommend. Sadly where I have floor tiles with edges that dip down. This ends up making any debris lodge in the canal that's created between the tiles. Good mop for flat surfaces though

Only the microfibre head recieved. Don't buy it if you're expecting to receive the whole mop with the stick. Misleading advertising here

Great for turning you mop into a microfibre mop... would not use for floor washing with the bucket or spray mop. It would get too wet and heavy.

I didn’t get the whole thing just got the mop pad not the who mop…. I paid too much just for a pad. I need the whole mop. Can’t mop without the whole device…I have been waiting thinking it would come separate… Have not received… Please reply… Where is my pole-mop to connect the pad..,.

Z opisu wynika, że to kompletny mop z kijem okazuje się, że przychodzi sam wkład ściereczka. Szkoda, że nie czytałam opini bo drogo wychodzi. Aktualizacja po próbie użycia - zatrzaski nie trzymają się kija viledy. Żałuję, że nie odesłałam
