Cougar Women's Connect Boot

I LOVE these boots. I've been searching for YEARS to find a boot that was well-made, comfortable, waterproof, AND attractive...I never thought I would find them, but I finally did it!They do seem to run a little bit large, I am a true 9.5, so I usually get a 10 in boots to leave room for thick socks, but I had to get a 9 in these. However, they also seemed a little bit narrow, not too bad, just a little, so I also decided to go up in the width. The 9 wide ended up being perfect for me to wear with thick socks on colder days and stay comfortable walking about NYC all day. These boots have also broken in very nicely, so they fit my feet PERFECTLY now, but show no signs of wear or cracking in the leather.I did decide to spray these with a waterproofing spray when I first got them, just in case, but I don't think I really needed to do that.

I received these boots in the mail today 8/17/16. They are a nice looking boot and for less than $30.00 they were a steal! I wear a size 6.5 to 7M in shoes and boots depending on brand. I ordered the 7M in the taupe with suede. It fit comfortably. It seems to be a well made "waterproof" boot. It was wide enough and long enough. I give the boot 5 stars because this boot is made for wet weather conditions. It is a nice looking boot for women that live in those areas of the country and still want a comfortable good looking boot that will hold up in wet conditions. All that said, I immediately sent them back because I don't find them to be what I like aesthetically. They look more like a stylish rain boot. I don't care for the wet weather features of this boot. The sole looks plastic and the leather looks synthetic. I thought they would be as cute as the black ones pictured in the first review. They are not in my opinion. The color is not taupe either. It's a dark brown. Shipping was on time though. If you need a good looking boot that can be worn in all winter weather, this one may work for you!

When I first bought these boots, I was very disappointed because of how tight they were. I could only wear them with the thinnest of socks and only for an hour or so at a time.However, I eventually broke them in and started wearing thicker and thicker socks until now they are my most comfortable shoes I own. They are water proof, hold up to work every day, have great tread on the bottom so I’m not worried about slipping, and look nice work appropriate.Definitely recommend for someone looking for a shoe they will love a couple weeks into wearing them frequently. Don’t buy if you need them to be comfortable as soon as you get them.

Bought these for my month long trip to Iceland and 4 days in France ! They look really fashionable and WATERPROOF! But, they don't have much traction when it comes to snow and ice. They also get scratched up extremely easy. I managed to walk the 3mi. to Notre Dame comfortably, but the 3 miles back I got around 6 blisters.

Fits as expected? Check. Cute? Check. Stylish? Check. Supports putting in my own insoles because "arch support" for me means _/\_ instead of the usual _‸_? Check.Can't speak for how water proof they are, and I will note that the toe box is rather small so if your toes are way wider than your heel you'll have some issues, but for me these are exactly as I wanted them to be!

I have bad arches, so this shoe is not good for me. It's a beautiful shoe and the ankle is a good size (not too narrow like many rain boots). I range from 9.5-11 in shoes, and was hoping this 11 would work for me, but it's a bit big - which is not to say it runs big - so unfortunately I'll be sending them back.Update: returned for 10W and they are entirely too narrow. What is going on with this sizing? I think they were more narrow than the 11 regulars. I guess this shoe won't work out AT ALL.

I got this shoes for my cross country trip and to Mexico and it worked great!there are some scuffs here and there since I walked about an average of 4 miles with this shoes but I still love it.It's really comfortable and works great in rain and snow!Water dries very fast! except the suede - rear area but still, I love it. Great shoes for an amazing price!(Nordstrom Rack was selling this shoes for over $100...)

It was a beautifully made boot but was VERY unflattering on me. It hit me about 2 inches above the ankle and the edge would rub my leg hard enough to leave red marks even through my jeans! I suspect it just isn't a good fit on me. It also made me look a little bowlegged for some reason.

Too Narrow on my feet- they fit smaller than expected. Unfortunately, I have worn them once & cannot get my money back for something I cannot wear again.

Haven't had a chance to wear them yet - too warm and no snow. Will write a review later after I actually wear them.
