Great, but pay attention to the specs.
I bought this to replace a tank water heater in a trailer house. It's too big for that. Be sure you look at the amps for the location you're trying to put it in. It was also too big for the production area I wanted to put it in. The instillation was easy, even in the small area of the mobile home tank space. I traded it to the man that was building my production building for labor costs. He said it would work great in a large house.

You get hot water or decent pressure, but not both
This product is disappointing at best!! Unfortunately our instillation did not occur until after the date it was eligible for a return! The water pressure is not much more than a dribble if you want the water to be warm enough to use! I am going to have to order another one and am left with a $300 hunk of plastic that will likely just be thrown away! This company should be disappointed in the product they sell!

It works. Water was warmer than it started
It works, it's easy to install (if you can do that sort of thing). The water doesn't get the HOT though. It gets pretty warm, but this wouldn't work for an entire house unless it was the house was small. Perfect for single room or just a couple of rooms use. You definitely get what you pay for.
