The product works well and had results from first 24 hours of use. I was very impressed.The only area for improvement is the quantity you get for the price. It's not exactly cheap and there is tube is small but you are "advised" from the instructions to use it twice a day. At that rate you can run out quite quickly even if you are using a little each time.
