The Glass jug is too weak :(
I opened the product as I received it, and followed the instructions to clean it before using it.Whilst awaiting for it to filter a third jug of water, the bottom of the Cristal recipient cracked itself. It wasn't a big crack, so I just tried to make my coffee anyway. Well, wrong decision: The jug just cracked more and started leaking in the bottom.The coffee machine worked well and fast, but the jug was simply too weak for the warmth of the platform. Since then, it was just not possible to use the coffee machine anymore.I have been trying to contact customer service for this product and nobody picks the phone, so I just had this review writting left, to warn all the customers.

Make cold coffee
Makes cold coffee! Very cheap feeling too, seems like it would also break in a short period of time. Not happy at all!

Do you like hot coffee!
Yes it does what it's supposed to makes perculated coffee.But if you like luke warm coffee every time fine!.I don't so wouldn't recommend this cheap feel coffee maker.

Dont bother buying this
The first issue that I had was that the coffer was only luke warm, then to top it off the jug cracked...…
