I never write reviews just because I don’t have time! I order so much to I just don’t take time to review! But , with this customer service from this company I had to leave a review! I ordered a blanket for my baby in 2021 and the blanket is amazing! I have a coworker this year having a baby and I wanted her to have the same blanket so I ordered it only to find my phone autocorrected the name and the blanket was shipped with the last letter incorrect! (No fault of the company as they ask for confirmation of spelling and I didn’t even catch it) the blanket comes fast but it was wrong! I chatted with Mindy she replaced my item and it is here already all this within a very short period of time! Blanket of course is amazing that’s why I ordered again! 5 star Customer Service and Product!

The baby blankets I ordered for twins were just adorable. This company was also very willing to refund the money spent on the first order of blankets when the font size was different on the blankets. They also remade the blankets when I reordered and they perfected the font size and they were just beautiful. The couple I gave them to were so happy with the quality of these blankets. I will definitely order from Custom Catch again because they really went out of their way to assure that I was happy with my order.
