Best anime out there. I have tried several makers. This has the calming effects of green tea without caffeine. It helps quiet the mind for sleep and can reduce the jitters some with caffeine

They work well. I originally purchased as a sleep aid but they wake me up instead. I don't need as much coffee to get me through the day and no jitters

I bought this product to help me sleep more soundly at night. After taking it for several days it seemed to work well. Just a word of warning: the second time I ordered this product, in Nov. 2024, I was sent a bottle that was more than a year out of date. It had a "best used before" date of 9/23 which is more than a year ago. Kind of reduces my level of trust in the manufacturer Jarrow and in Amazon. Had to call customer service to return it. Huge hassle.

THERE IS NO DRUG INTERATIONS WITH L-THEANINE! Someone in reviews said there was. (L-Theanine) not (theanine) is very widely researched and I take it it has been a God sent! The ONLY caution it gives is it "can" not "will" but (can) lower blood pressure (never has mine) so...IF you have low blood pressure OR are on BP medication that is the only medication it says "mught" interact with because "L-Theanine" "can" lower blood pressure never once does it use the word "will" . Oh I forgot it also says it can reduce effectiveness of of any med that is considered and (upper) example my husband is on medication for narcolepsy narcolepsy is condition where you have trouble staying awake so he is on a medicine that is considered an upper it helps him to stay awake if he were to take l-theanine with his medication it would probably make his medication ineffective now it wouldn't harm him if he took it it just would make his medication not effective to keep him awake. Same as caffeine it pairs well with caffeine if you use caffeine and l-theanine for concentration however if you use l-theanine with your coffee/energy drink your probably not going to get the upper effect aka energy from the caffeine source. However l-theanine is neither an upper or a downer when you take it you won't feel different necessarily I never have and I've been taking it for a couple years I do notice anxiety levels much more manageable Etc I as an adult take 800 to 1000 mg a day not at all at once and that's for more severe anxiety in 200 mg increments every 3 to 4 hours however I have taken as an adult 600 mg at one time and then waited another three to four hours to take my other doses. Again when I take l-theanine I dont feel this wave come over me its subtle so it totally helps with the anxiety and panic attacks. I have had both when on it RARELY BUT it wasn't as intense and diminished quickly. Read about these little almond shape Amy things you have in the front of your brain the beginning of the word starts with Amy I don't know how to say the word to put it in here but these little almond-shaped things in the front of your head are responsible for your fight or flight response and sometimes ours overreacts and perceives things is fear even though they're not my different if you see a bear you should run from that be afraid from that but you shouldn't be afraid of some other things people have anxiety and panic attacks over hope this helps God bless you all!

I was told about this Product by A Friend. Who uses the adult Version. My Nine Year old Daughter. Had bad mood swings about 2 or 3 Days out of A week. I did not want to put Her on any meds because of the side effects. So I would just deal with them. It WOUlD be A Bad day for Everyone who came in contact with Her. She WOULD wake up angry and just be so hard to deal with all Day. She Could not keep still. Especially at School. She has been taking them since May. About 3 Months now. OMG! I could cry! I love these. NO more BAD Days! It took about 2 weeks before I noticed they were working. I have Her take 1 A Day. Every Morning! She likes the taste. She can now sit still. No MORE BAD DAYS. Before School let out. She was given most improved behavior award at School. I never told the Teacher I gave Her these. I couldnt believe it. I HIGHLY suggest You try this. Before Medication. It may not work for Everyone, but It's AMAZING for My Daughter. I use to debate on taking Her to certain places. I never knew what kind of Day. She might have. We just came back from A 7 hour drive Vacation. Never would I have done that before! Way too long! if She had A Bad Day. It doesnt make Her sleepy or zoned out. No lost of appetite. I see no bad side effects. We do not miss A Day though. She was that way since about 3 years old that I took notice. I pray they continue to work for Us. I have not been paid or given anything for this review. Just A very Happy Mom wanting to share My expierence hope this reviews helps at least one Person. Please try this before Prescribed Meds. UPDATE it's Two Years later and We are still going Strong. I did recently change Her to the Pill Formula because now that She is 11 She no longer likes the taste. No problem though Same results. I can't express how much these have helped Us. I can always tell if She has not taken them for the Day. Mood Swings begin to happen. I just remind Her it's time. Still no other noticeable side effects.

Although my 5 year old with ADHD (who tends to be picky about the taste of vitamins) liked the flavor of these, I didn't see any change with her behavior. I was very diligent and consistent with giving her this everyday but saw no change. I should mention I bought this product twice, so I really did give it a try but unfortunately they didn't work for her. However, the flavor was kid approved and the ingredients are clean so I'm giving this 3 stars.

I take this supplement in conjunction with melatonin at times or other sleep aid supplements, however using this alone will also yield some benefits. Give it an hour or so and you'll notice some relaxation effects settle in, will also help with my sleep. One of the few supplements I've been able to see a difference while taking it.

I purchased this product as I heard L Theanine was a good supplement - found in green tea.

Genuine product. Good supplement. Helps with anxiety and relaxation. I usually combine it with melatonin 3mg.

The quality is good. No side effects noticed. The product does what it says. The absorbency is good, quick and effective.

Not good. No effect seen. You can as well buy a green tea bags and make your own tea
