We justs upgraded from a bed side newborn cot to a larger cot for our 1 year old. As a result we had to get all new bedding and a waterproof sheet/ cover is the most important one. It fits easily over a standard cot sized mattress. Ours was 60x 120 and it slipped over and stayed secure. You then add a standard cotton sheet on top. The protector does have a right and wrong surface so make sure to pay attention when putting it on as it will make a difference to the little one. It has a soft cover on one side and not so soft on the other to stop anything soaking through. We have had one heavy nappy that overflowed but a quick change of sheets and pat down and her bed was good to go. Noise wise we have had covers that sounded like a windbreaker every time the little one rolled over and as a result they wouldn't sleep well. This has no noise and the little one slept happily. Great quality mattress protector and fits the mattress perfectly

Bought this with the mattress as was recommended, it's a life saver. We won't need to change mattresses as these do not let anything seep through. Great quality and thickness is perfect for my 21 month old. Works really well, would recommend.

This feels lovely and soft but when on, the crispy sound is really annoying. It fits well on a deep mattress, is easy to put on and would definitely provide a waterproof cover if that's what you need.
