This is like eating pizza on a focaccia. Follow their instructions & you'll have a crispy base that's also fluffy on the inside. The toppings are very good too. Just the right amount of each ingredient. I was quite dubious to say the least when I read on the instructions to heat the pizza in the container that it comes in (minus the cellophane), however it turns out great. We heat it for the maximum time that they recommend as we prefer a crispier base. We no longer buy any other frozen pizza brand now.

This is without a doubt the best frozen pizza I've ever had. Now I've never had Detroit style pizza but I've had Polish food in Detroit, so I get how something like this could happen there. The thing that impressed me most was the crust, I can't tell you the last time I had a thick pizza, but now I'm interested. The crust is both light and fluffy, but also with great crispy edges. The sauce, cheese, and salami are all come together really well. I look forward to trying more of their offerings.

I was really impressed with this, but the cardboard pan it comes in keeps it from being excellent. The bottom of the crust turns out not as crispy as I like, but achieves it when put in a toaster oven as leftovers. The cheese caramelizes perfectly, the pepperoni cups and tastes great. Really awesome. I bought another and I put it in an 8x10 pan with some olive oil in the bottom and it came out even better.

This is now my favorite frozen pizza! No more Digorno for me. It’s so good and love the little pepperoni cups. I also like that it comes in a tray already so just throw it in the oven and toss the tray when your are done, easy clean up!

I read reviews and thought I'd give it a try. I've had real Detroit style pizza many times. Hey, it's frozen, so don't expect it to be restaurant quality or taste like delivery. Take off the plastic wrap and throw it in the oven in the tray provided. It's definitely thick like a pan pizza, cheese, sauce & pepperoni tasted fine and wasn't skimpy. Dough was more light than heavy which I liked and it's substantial enough for 2 or 3 eaters. My crust didn't turn out crispy enough and I cooked it longer. I tried it, but taste overall was no biggie. Don't plan on buying again.

I've decided this is my favorite frozen pizza, although the Motor City pepperoni at Costco is similar and very good. I also like Gino's East Chicago style pizza. Expensive for frozen, but cheaper than going out for pizza. To my mind, this stuff tastes better than a chain like Domino's, but not as good as a good local place. Detroit style pizza is very good and the novelty is fun.

Perfect crust, plenty of toppings, good cheese, and it cooked up perfectly in the oven. Reheats we’re even delicious 😋

Great tasting pizza! The crust gets nice and fried in the pan. Only downside is the pepperoni ingredients aren’t the cleanest, wish it had higher quality pepperoni!
