finally, I found a solution to my husband problem. He is been snoring for quite some time and I am a very sensitive sleeper. Some days I even had to go sleep in other room because of his snoring:(. I am really surprised how well this works for the price. I didn't even experience any discomfort after first all-night use. It usually seems to take a while to get used to these but this one worked worked great for me from the beginning.

Best device we ever tried,it takes some time getting use to but once you have it has eased snoring and teeth grinding.So much better night sleep. Would recomend and great price too.

This mouthpiece really works for me. As expected, some soreness to begin with but the calibration is useful. Setting the mouthpiece with boil and bite is straightforward.It will work for some and not for others but this does work for me and with no discomfort. Occasionally, my lower jaw drops out of the mouthpiece but on the whole, it fits well. For the price, I think this is good value and I'd recommend anyone trying out different solutions to give this one a go - but don't give up on the first night.
