Faulty used and old harddisk sent
Camera and DVR are fine but the hard disk was faulty and old model (February 2015)Harddisk is not working. When asked for a replacement the whole package has to be returned and not the harddisk alone which is not possible as the installation has been doneWaiting for seller reply

When we had issues after the initial use, we did contact the seller, he was so polite and , he helped us to get the system working within few minutes of live video, thanks to the seller

Worst ProductOn the day of delivery itself power adapter not working. I have managed with buying new adapter. After two months Hard disk become not working. Now I am unable to claim the warranty.
