Received a defective battery
Received a defective battery. The phone is ready for re-assemble and when I open the package, I noticed the ribbon was twisted in two places and the metal bracket is also twisted. I am not going to take any risk by placing this obvious defective battery in any customer's phone that can cause me unnecessarily expenses, I would be happy if a replacement of the item with a propper ribbon connection is given.

Works perfectly
No problems after installation. Battery lasts all day now. Quick charge does work on this battery.

Defective and ruined phone.
Received a defective battery. Had phone ready to re-assemble and when I connected the battery noticed a smell and heat on a connector. Quickly unplugged. Plugged in old battery and no issues with heat but phone will not power on. Plugged in this battery again. Heat returned to connector. Clearly a defective battery and cost me a phone.

Different size and made phone to smoke
The battery is shorter in length than the original battery that was in the HTC 10.When battery was connected, phone started to smoke, so it was disconnected immediately.Returned the battery for refund.The original battery was put back, and the phone still works, but I'm now afraid to try any 3rd party replacement battery.
