Tried a bunch of root beers recently and decided this was in my top two...the one(s) I'd return to when I'm in the mood for root beer. I like the full hit of proper sugar (and not the horrid sweeteners that have snuck their way into the fizzy drink landscape over the past decade) and I enjoy, frankly, the unsubtle flavour of the smack you in the mouth sarsaparilla root beer flavour with a nice fizz but no resultant caffeine effect (because these are caffeine-free). Mind you, the irony of these being caffeine-free is somewhat negated by the walloping sugar content so ironically you wouldn't want to drink these close to bedtime. Also, it should be pointed out that these score a zero (a zero!!!) on the Yuka app. Diet and health food this ain't, but if you don't care anyway and love an unhealthy fizzy drink then these are for you. Like when I'm drinking Red Coke, I turn a blind eye to the unhealthy content and take it in moderation.

ok now THIS IS REAL root beer .. as we cannot even get BARGQ or MUGS in the uk this is by far the better and the one you should buy over any other perfect in a root beer float .. 1 can of A and W 1 medium vanilla macdees milk shake put just under half of the milkshake in a pint glass then pour the A and W slowly into the center till the foam reaches the top stirr with a straw till settles then pour more and drink as you go on this is by far the BEST float you can make .. and its pretty much how the usa does it in maccdees (from what i can tell )

Great tasting drink with zero caffeine, but a bit expensive

There are undoubtedly many versions of Root Beer on the market. This A&W however is a prime example of what great Root Beer should taste like! Having tried many brands over the years I can personally vouch this is absolutely delicious and provides a most enjoyable experience!

If you know you know. Best drink on the market. Good value for money.

A&W root beer is an iconic classic. I don't usually drink pop, but this is by far one of my favourite drinks. Made with real ingredients, you can taste the difference. Worth every penny.
