I ordered the phone after some friends recommended the previous model. Initially, not too bad a performance but now after only 2 months it is rapidly declining. The apps and interface is easy and screen quality is good. Battery life also decent but not as good as I expected. Now, the phone lags a lot when messaging or surfing leaving out letters and not reacting to touch for several seconds. The apps also flicker when fast actions are required. The camera takes forever to start up and it's reaction time is very slow and things seem to be getting worse. I will go back to my Nokia for now before deciding on the next move. I am highly disappointed and cannot find a helpline or contact details for support. Will probably keep for travelling for music and TV...
