It's good, but the relax one is better
Love these teas. This one is good, but the relax type is better for me to get to sleep. I am disappointed the relax tea isn't available right now 😰. All these teas are great.

Best Traditional Bedtime Tea
I have over a thousand oz. of loose leaf tea in my tea pantry. I try every brand and compare them between each other. This is the best traditional sleepy time tea I have found so far. I think a lot of people do not know how to properly steep their tea, and because of that, never enjoy tea the way it was designed to be enjoyed. If you think back to your biology 101 class, you learned about diffusion & osmosis. That is the science behind what you are doing when you are steeping tea. The proper way is to let your tea leaves loosely float in your hot water. Do not let them sit in hot water in a tea strainer! That doesn’t allow an even rate of diffusion to occur or allow for the full bodied flavor to ever happen. Stir your loose tea leaf, freely floating around in your hot water, set your timer, then strain the leaves through the strainer, and into your cup. This method is the proper one, and the reason why loose leaf tastes better than tea from a bag. If you are compacting your tea leaves in a strainer and letting them sit in hot water: how is that different from buying cheap tea bags at the store? It’s not. Your reviews for all of your tea tasting experience will be more accurate after you properly make your tea. This is coming from a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics professional who grew up in the tea culture of the world where Morning & High Noon Tea are served on a daily basis, religiously. Set up you tea making method properly (according to the scientific phenomenon you are attempting to produce), thereby making your tea properly, then leave accurate reviews for all of your tea experience going forward. And try this tea!

Complex and worthy of an evening’s attention
I may lose credibility if I compare the bouquet of this tea to cognac, so I won’t. I was looking for a team to help sleep, yes, but more than that I was looking for a beverage to have in the evening that would offer a substitute for a long-standing habit of drinking several glasses of wine before sleep. The terrible boredom of every other night-time herbal team I have tried is beyond words. This tea is real. It has bite. It has an alarming aroma, maybe not even a good one -- I get a sense of the forest floor, perhaps a pine-something aroma. It may or may not help me sleep (I actually think it does) but it certainly doesn’t keep me awake. I am about to order my fifth package and am safely off wine to help me sleep. Recommended.

Ingredients changed and not noted in Amazon. Not that good anymore
They have removed jasmine petals from the ingredients and potentially increased the lemon myrtle to make it taste overly lemonyAmazon doesn't reflect this change. Beware
