It TASTES AWFUL, really awful! But started working within 1-2 hours. I appreciate that it’s not severe diarrhea / passing gas, sitting on the toilet for hours at a time. I think I could’ve used 2 bottles (today, tomorrow) for a complete detox but maybe I’ll be surprised and feel A LOT better by Saturday, meaning no more being uncomfortable and bloated. The taste has me looking at other options because I really (Really) struggled with drinking the entire bottle as recommended. It tastes like liquid pills, best way I can describe it. A fruit parfait is what helped me with the after taste, and if you can get past the pill taste, I say go for it!

Was skeptical at first after reading all the reviews but decided to jump out there. When I tell you that this product worked almost instantly and is still working is an understatement. I took it around 8am and by 9 I was already being activated lol. It’s almost 11 and I have had 4 bowel movements. The only downside to the product is the taste and smell. It’s terrible lol. But I will definitely be getting another order asap

Alright, let me just say this. I'm really into detoxing and colon cleansing, and this is by far one of the best products on Amazon that you can purchase. Now, I see a lot of people in the other reviews complaining about the taste. People, you gotta understand that things that are good for you are not going to be the best tasting. Things that are bad for you, let's say like sugar, is going to be the most tasteful thing, so just keep that in mind. It worked really great for me. It helped me to extinguish any type of parasites that I have, I saw, and it was very disgusting, but again, I'm still going to give it a 5 stars because it literally does and did what it said it would do, which was clean out my colon, and potentially the liver as well too, and it made me feel so great when it was all said and done. I would recommend this item.

The smell and taste was nasty I don’t think I will try this brand again. But it does work.

This works immediately! Within 2hrs mines started to work definitely drink plenty of water . Fair warning the taste is extremely nasty don’t recommend smelling it at all might need some gum to take the taste out your mouth. Slight discomfort but that’s when I knew it was time to head to the bathroom.

I read the reviews and considered my approach. What to do about this smell/taste issue?I just decided NOT to smell it before consuming it. So, when I was ready to take it I put a spoonful of peanut butter in my mouth and let it coat my mouth and tongue while I opened the bottle, slit the aluminum and poured it ALL into a glass. I quickly lightly pinched my nose and without hesitation DRANK IT DOWN in three continuous gulps. DONE. By the time my brain could catch up to the flavor/aroma it was over. I was not totally unaware of the harsh combo of taste and smell as it went down. I barely smelled it per se, it was more a taste which reminded me of old stale beer and sauer kraut, but it was over so quickly that I had no time to be disgusted by it. It wasn't that bad! Do it quick and don't make yourself psyched out over it.My system is very regular, so I took this after my usual bathroom routine in the morning. I did not eat breakfast, but drank LOTS OF WATER and took the product at 10 a.m. After about only 15 minutes I had my first "reaction," and by 11 o'clock had been in the bathroom four times. After each reaction I drank TWO glasses of water, and I believe this helped flush my system more quickly. DRINK WATER!!I did feel slightly nauseous so I ate a probiotic yogurt which helped ease my stomach.By noon I had visited the bathroom seven times and by then the results were mostly clearish liquid with a minor showing of waste. Pay attention to reviews about passing gas, because you WILL produce more than just air!! Also, a good cough can cause a liquid reaction, trust me!At 1:00, I had a light lunch of chicken broth with wild rice soup, no meat, a piece of cornbread and some raspberries with no problems.By 4:00 I had 12 visits to the bathroom and was now feeling like my system was under control.Light dinner of salmon and rice.That evening I used the bathroom a couple more times with plenty of warning and less liquid.I do recommend this cleanse. It was easy to use, quick, and, I felt, affordable. It definitely left me feeling "lighter" and eased my feeling of being bloated which is what I was hoping for. Also, I am planning a colonoscopy in the spring and figured this would be a good primer! I don't know if I will feel any further benefits, but I would be willing to use this product again. Girl idk I took the whole bottle at 11pm on Saturday night it is now Monday evening and I am still having crazy diarrhea. Use at your own risk. I don't know what is in this stuff and I should of known better then to try something from Amazon. Plus my belly didn't go down even though I have used the bathroom 50 times in 2 days. MY whole body looks more bloated . And there is no full stool coming out just watery very liquefied brown stool water.I don't even feel like stool have been pushed out of my intestine it just feels like the water I drink is being flushed out. I have taken better colon cleansers that actual push out full soft stool and made my stomach go down in 1 day so I don't know what this is because even my fave and belly look bloated my sister said your stomach looks bigger than before.

Recommended by a friend. Mixed with a greens smoothie from Panera and drank all 8 oz., definitely helped with taste and smell. Felt so bloated once I drank it, seemed like I could feel my abdomen enlarging like a sponge. Once relieved felt slightly better. Purchased for concern of gut health and transition to healthy lifestyle by modifying eating habits. Satisfied will try again in 30 days.
