had problems.
Bought as a present. Had to be factory reset within 4 months. Never had this with the old 360. Had a pre owned one for 5 years with no problems. Also no problems with the Xbox One 500gb

Great Console with some issues
This is an amazing console, I purchased it just over a year ago and since I have been playing lots more lately I have ran into controller drift but can't exchange the controller for another other than this this is a great console. Would love to review the new series X but don't have enough money to purchase yet.

Down grade from an Xbox 360!
Quite let down by this product. I bought it around Christmas time as a gift for myself as an upgrade from my old Xbox 360. But this is really been a pain in the rear end. Unless it is connected to the internet it won’t allow any games to be played even after following steps on google. I do have WiFi but for some reason this Xbox frequently disconnects without reason, it is then a pain to reconnect. Games frequently need updating too, and same the WiFi, you can’t play them until you’ve done so. Then the updates take what seem for ever. Another reason I bough this was to play Blu-ray dvds on my new 4K tv, because this Xbox advertises it plays Blu-ray. But nope! You have to download a DVD player app from the Microsoft store, which you either pay for or won’t work. I refuse to pay for an app to play dvds when my old 360 played them automatically. Also when you turn the device on it turns off and on a couple times every now and then before properly booting up. Absolute waste of money and wish I had just kept my Xbox 360.

Great all round family item
My little boy absolutely loves this. We bought it him for Christmas. The whole family loves it too as they can watch DVDs and videos etc. Good quality picture. Smart looking!

Lead went on fire!
The power lead has gone on fire, it's 11 mths old but was only given to my nephew on his birthday in July. This shouldn't of happened surely
