Sadly, no longer works
Less than 3 months old, the motor started making a horrible sound and now needs to be replaced. Really? After 3 months?? The treadmill when running on a low 3.0 and 0 incline is so loud that I can barely hear the TV which is up high enough for my neighbors to hear next door. Treadmill use is moderate, 5-6 times per week for 45 minutes each time. I am well under 200lbs so weight is not the issue. Reached out to Proform twice now with no response. Since warranty is only valid through October, I'm guessing they are waiting until then to tell me I'm out of luck.Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money on something that is not going to last past 3 months and require extensive repair.Very disapointed because up until now I was very happy with my purchase.

Good for the everyday training at home without going to the gym. I love to run and to do some fast walking on it. This helps burn fat and calories off. I have use it since Nov. 28th 2016 and I have lost 15 pounds. If you are wanting to lose weight this treadmill will help you as it has for me.

Great treadmill - didn't want all the fancy bells and whistles, just a basic treadmill that tracks distance and calories. Really like the ability to plug in your phone (you will need an auxiliary cable) and listen to music through the speakers. Also like the fan - except it blows in your eyes (I'm 5'4"). I was impressed with how quiet it is compared to most treadmills. Was going to buy a mat to put under it to help reduce the noise, but it's fine without (we have tile floors). Tip: ask the delivery person to put it in the room you are going to use the treadmill in. You literally just peel the cardboard box off and the base is already assembled. Took about 30-45 minutes to assemble and instructions were pretty clear. Nice how they separate and label all the parts and include which step # each piece goes with.

It Could Use Improvement.!
All the purchasing and delivery went smooth. Upon the assembly there where 5 secrews fail to fit in the holes for the Uprights and the holding of the upright position. We could not talk to any one When we called Proform Co.many times . The massege on the other end kept saying the waiting time is more than 9 minutes but for over an hour at times. We had to use a different screws to make sure it is sturdy for my disable autistic son. It looks nice but the trdemill lower the speed sometimes. At 3.8 M/H the consil and sides shake front back and upside down. This is the third proform trademill in the last 10 years. Perhaps an additional Uprites in the reverse direction between the handles and the wheel end makes it more stable. My son could go up to 5.0 M/H. But I am concerned if he runs. Becides; the screen light is very weak, the fan at high speed does not deliver any air to any further than 6 inches, and there is no place for water bottle or i pod.

This is a nice unit, however it pulls a LOT of power. I had to have an update on my breaker box to handle the load. But again, this is a nice unit. I would recommend it. The blurb instructs you to have help to assemble it. I did it myself, but an extra set of hands would have been nice. Assembly was easier than I thought it was going to be. It is a heavy unit. So far, no problems.

Good so far
Good so far. My wife walks twice a day at 30 minute walk each time. Since she had a previous heart attack and by-pass surgery. She needs to to exercise. Because she has congested heart failure, this is ideal for her. I mounted a tv on the wall so she can watch tv while she walks. I am going to start walking soon myself.

Awesome so far!
At first the instructions were intimidating, and I'm not really an 'instructions' person, but once my 12 year old son and I got started, it was pretty easy. And the screws/washers and tools they send are all labled to coincide with what step you are on. You will need a phillips, and the latch bracket that holds the treadmil up when its in the folded position is tough to get in. My son thought at first that the screw holes were too small, but once I cranked on the philllips, I got them turned in. I think it's good because they go in extra tight for a really secure fit so the bracket doesn't come loose and the treadmill falls and kills someone. Or a pet. The big console/monitor or whatever is packed underneath the treadmill so carefully lift the treadmill up and have someone take it out from under it. Oh, and there is a purpose to the long twistie looking wire that is in the Right side 'Upright' so don't do what I did and pull it out. It's meant to attach the wires from under the treatmill so you can lead the wires up thought the inside of the 'Upright'. We had to carefully put the giant twistie tie back into it so we could do all that. All in all, it was pretty painless. The total time it took us was about 2 hours (and me- 2 beers) and that included time spent with us wheeling each other around in the house on the dolly like Hanibal Lector.

I am happy with this product
I am happy with this product, went together well (one person) works well. My only issue is with the warranty it applies only to the US no matter what anyone states. Amazon has, by e-mail, stated their agreement with ICON includes warranty for these products and will so support their customers. Icon (the reps.?) has also stated that since the product was purchased from Amazon the warranty applies, (no other warranty beyond that specifically set force is authorized by ICON).

Durable, very happy with purchase.
Great quality machine. Solid construction and reasonably simple assembly instructions. Took about an hour to put it together and get it going. Very quiet for the size and price point, it should provide years of service.

My first treadmill.
I ordered this treadmill a few days after Christmas and waited almost a month before it arrived. I was very disappointed with the shipping experience, though I did not deduct points from the treadmill for this. I blame CEVA logistics. What was more appalling is that the deliver man would not help us move the treadmill to our basement, as he claimed he didn't have health insurance. Surprising as CEVA said they employees do offer moving items. The assembly was fairly easy for two people and we spent around two hours to set it up. For anyone buying this, do NOT remove the black wire from the right support beam! It is used to pull the control panel power cord through the beam.Running on the treadmill is very satisfying. The springs on either side of the running surface provide a cushy landing when running. Walking is a slightly different story. There's some noticeable lag, as if my weight was causing the mat to get stuck. I didn't expect this (181 cm and 76 kg). No points deducted from this as I don't buy a treadmill just to walk.Good for a first tread mill. Glad I chose this product as a first.

Great buy!
Love it. Step by step instructions to put it together which took about an hour. It's great for walking and it inclines too. The added bonus is the fan and heart rate. Not sure why it's such a bargain - maybe time will tell

Its good but not great
I am writing this review after using the machine for 1 month. Installation was a bit of hassle but doable. I did alone all by myself in ~2-3 hours. The only problem during the installation was related to the hex keys which need manual winding. I wish they were of industry standard hex sizes, so that I could have used my own screw driver.Anyway, apart from that the machine is solid and looks good. The automated incline option is also really nice and works perfectly. However, the bad part was the moving belt. Although the belt is of high quality, but you just can't adjust to the most optimum setting. It either slows down when stepped on at slow speed or slips when you run at high speed. This thing did bother me initially, but eventually I gave up on the small glitch. I am usually going faster than 2mph so I took care of slipping and just ignored the slowing down at speeds <2mph.
