GNC TamaFlex Fast Acting, Joint Support, 120 Vegetarian Capsules

This help ease my inflammation a lot, I brought some for my mom. She definitely felt a better difference in her knee pains. This product was recommended by a friend (who does a lot of physical work). This is worth giving it a try especially if you don’t want to be dependent on pain medication.

I know this is not for gout, but this did wonders when I had a gout flare. I decided to take them just for joint health but noticed a great improvement after taking them, and this kept the gout flares at bay. I am not sure why but they worked like a charm.

If you take this as directed it works. My husband did for 2 weeks and it works well. Not a miracle drug but it takes the edge off. He stopped using it because that is what he does! Ha

Taking this daily has been LIFECHANGING for me. I suffer with plantar fasciitis and before this, I could hardly walk because the pain in my feet was so bad. After taking tamaflex, I can walk without pain. I have learned that not taking it for a few days brings the pain back though, so it's definitely the tamaflex that is helping the most out of anything I've tried.

Well today is my 5th day. Can’t tell a bit of difference. Their bottle says tell the difference in 5 days. Unless something major happens this afternoon. I won’t be reordering but thought I would give it a chance

My mom felt better in five days and didn't need her cane. I felt better in five days as well. I'm very grateful that the store clerk recommended this because I was only going to buy tumeric. When I ran out, I bought only tumeric and used it for the entire month. It helped some, but never like the TamaFlex, which I now use exclusively.

For years I have been taking a concoction of joint support supplements (glucosamine/chonroitin, tumeric, etc.), and overall they worked well, but TamaFlex has been a step above everything else. This is my third bottle of TamaFlex and when I started taking it I noticed a HUGE difference in just a couple days. The main thing I noticed was an increase in my range of motion, and significantly less discomfort. I highly recommend this product, it has helped so much.
