Q: Does this come with the smaller work table I see on other sites?

NORSE 9681119 includes a disc table, belt table and a belt work stop. The work stop is approximately 2-1/2" x 2" and mounts where the belt table mounts.

Q: can the bottom wheel be removed and replaced with a serrated contact wheel?

RE: Changing the lower drive wheel on the sander: This wheel is a custom size diameter, width and bore and weight. It is sized to maintain proper tension on the abrasive belt. We do not recommend the change and still maintain the proper tension of the abrasive belt.
