If you get pinched nerves ior soreness and tightness in your neck or shoulder area I recommend this product. I had a pinched nerve in my neck that made pain radiate in my neck down to my elbow and chest area on one side. Nothing was working to eleviate any of the pain after months of suffering. I did a lot of research and found the stretches to help as well as different forms of traction in the neck area and this product was recommended as a unique form of neck traction. There are many brands on the market and they vary in price greatly. You don't need anything super expensive. This inexpensive traction device worked and basically was the same as the costly devices. This is what helped my pinched nerve the best. After using it for 4 or 5 days I could already tell there was a big difference in my pain level and after one month the pain was all but gone. I only wished I had found this earlier. I was in horrible pain for almost 2 months before I found this device. It was a game changer. I would recommend this device used for 15-20 minutes 2-3 times daily, heating blanket, stretches designed for neck pain and Infrared lighting.

This is my second one- recommended by my chiropractor to help with my c curve neck pain- I use it when my shoulder blade muscles are hurting/burning from being on PC too long or doing other things that cause those muscles to tighten. Put it on and can tell the difference in a matter of minutes.- Helps keep neck muscles from getting too tight and helps should blade muscles relax.- Enables me to schedule fewer chiropractor appts. Allows me to help myself- Love that I can walk around and do whatever I need to do. Does not restrict me to a chair/bed.- Gave one to my sister as a present because she has shoulder/upper back problems. She likes it too. Told me her grandson uses it also when he comes over to visit (he is plays video games all the time)Cons: None on this item yet.- Previous one ordered from amazon but not sure it was same seller, the bulb used to pump it up cracked (I'm sure from overuse) after some time. Item was still good but could not get air in it anymore to pump it up. Called the company and they said they did not have a replacement for the bulb. I had to buy a new one. I failed to google for a replacement part.

Overall, I recommend and would buy this again. Holds air better than expected. All inflatable devices have some leak down over time as does this one, but, mine holds air for a day or more before noticeable deflation. It looks a little bulbous but that hardly matters when its relieving you of neck pain. Its easy to inflate/deflate and to adjust how much inflation/support you want. Provides adjustable and manageable support and traction. I used it several times and there are a couple of things I experienced you might want to be aware of: 1) you can wear it with the opening forward or in back but I believe the correct way is the opening at the back. 2) I overinflated it because I wanted to really stretch my neck, which caused some discomfort in my jaw. No fault of the device but just be aware that since it inflates under your jawbone, you should not move your jaw around while using it.

I ordered this inflatable neck traction device, to replace one that I had used previously. It has a very strong chemical smell, and its functionality seems adequate. However the instructions are very disconcerting. Hopefully it is just a bad translation from Chinese to English. Please check the photo I included here.

I bought this neck traction device when I started having constant issues with two herniated disk on my neck. It worked fine the first few months, I went to use it again as I had a flare ups and it won’t inflate any more. It seems to have a puncture somewhere but it had been sitting in closet with nothing that could puncture it. Wish the quality was better.

My husband is a driver, so his neck is always tense. This product has helped him relieve pressure, and he uses it daily. It's made of a soft material, so it doesn't hurt or leave marks.

It doesn't work at all. The tension is too soft if you are used to have some traction at the quiropractor for example. The quality, the delivery and package where great, but the product doesn't work at all.

This is the 2nd time I have purchased this item. I completely wore out the first one. It lasted for several years before needing to replace it. It works as well as going to the Chiropractor & being put on a Decompression table, for a lot less money. I have several vertebrae that in my neck that on occasion will create a pinched nerve to cause my arm to hurt - severely. This is item is literally a life saver.
