With 12 vintage-style Edison bulbs hanging gracefully, they provide a warm and inviting light that transforms my patio into an enchanting retreat for gatherings and quiet evenings. The 27 ft length is perfect for draping across my deck without being overwhelming.Comparison:Compared to other outdoor string lights I've used, the Brightech Ambience Pro stands out due to its solar-powered feature. While many traditional string lights require a power outlet, these lights eliminate the hassle of extension cords. Additionally, their commercial-grade design is sturdier than most options on the market, making them suitable for year-round use in diverse weather conditions.Ease of Use:Installation was straightforward; I simply hung the lights where I wanted, and they were ready to go. I particularly appreciated that I didn’t need any tools or extensive setup time. Simply ensure the solar panel is placed where it can receive direct sunlight during the day, and you’re set!Performance:The lights perform remarkably well, providing consistent illumination throughout the night. On sunny days, I’ve noticed they stay lit well into the early morning. However, they tend to dim on overcast days, which is expected with solar-powered devices but worth noting if you live in a region with limited sunshine.Features:Some standout features include:Adjustable brightness settings.Waterproof and rated for outdoor use.Durable, shatterproof bulbs.Eco-friendly solar design that reduces electricity consumption.Quality:The quality of both the materials and the lights themselves is evident. The cords are robust, and the bulbs have held up against typical outdoor wear and tear. I can confidently say these lights are built to last.Value for Money:Considering their performance and durability, the Brightech Ambience Pro string lights offer excellent value for money. While the initial investment may seem higher than standard string lights, the long-term savings from not needing to replace bulbs or pay for electricity makes it worthwhile.Experience Using the Product:Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I’ve used them for various occasions, from casual family dinners to festive gatherings, and they never fail to impress. The ambiance they create elevates the outdoor experience significantly.Recommendation:I highly recommend the Brightech Ambience Pro Solar Powered Outdoor Patio String Lights to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor space. Whether for entertaining or creating a cozy nook for relaxation, these lights deliver on their promise of quality and ambiance. Conclusion:In conclusion, the Brightech Ambience Pro Solar Powered Outdoor Patio String Lights are an excellent investment for anyone seeking a stylish, functional, and eco-friendly lighting option for their outdoor space. With their combination of quality, ease of use, and effective performance, you’ll find that these lights not only brighten up your patio but also elevate your outdoor experience year-round.

Barn Solar Lighting Upgrade Complete!
I bought this item to add solar lighting to our new horse barn. My wife and I both have a rural American family history from different parts of the country and we have both known families to lose a barn to an electrical fire. So, I wanted to try low voltage solar lighting to avoid all the hazards and risks of electrical systems in dusty barn environments. These lights are NOT bright, but they provide plenty of light to take care of the horses in the early morning before dawn. I could not be happier! That said, there was some modifications to get this to work. I wanted a wall switch that we could turn on when we walked into the tack room instead of the dusk activated switch that comes standard on this set. This item does not come with a switch. Additionally I needed about ten feet of wiring from the solar array to the wall switch, but the product comes out of the box with only three'ish feet of wire from the solar array to the first light. The modifications were pretty easy and there is no risk of shock because the system is low votlage. When you cut the wire between the solar array and the first light there are just two conducting wires in the cable - a white wire carrying the current and a black wire returning the current to the battery pack in the solar array. I bought a 25' roll of 14/2 NM wire, a two-pole single throw light switch, and a single gang junction box for this project. All of this cost about $30.I cut off the solar array and then mounted the solar array on the outside of the barn. The pigtail of cable hanging from the solar array about two feet longs was fed through a hole I drilled in the barn siding. Then I connected 14/2 NM wire to the two wires in the pigtail (white to white and black to black). I ran this 14/2 cable another six feet to my single gang junction box I mounted where I needed it inside the barn.Once I had the solar array cable all the way to the switch I went back outside and attached the lights to the barn eave. Each light has a hard formed "T" of plastic that includes a small hole. I used #6 drywall screws to screw each light to the eave for a clean installation.Next, I ran another 14/2 NM cable from the junction box back up through the top plate of barn wall and out to the exterior corner of the barn where my run of lights ended after I screwed them to the eave. I wired this 14/2 cable into the two connectors of the light string (white to white and black to black). After I had all the long cable runs in place I wired in the switch in the junction box. At this point there were two 14/2 cables coming into the junction box. Take the black wire from both and wire nut them together. Then take the two white wires and connect them to the two poles on the switch. Then screw the switch into the junction box and add a cover plate.I caulked up all the holes I drilled through the barn siding and finished the whole project in about four hours.Bottom line - these lights are designed to come on at dusk and stay lit until the battery dies a few hours later. However, by adding a light switch and normal two conduit wiring you can make them into a switched light where the solar array charges the battery pack all day. This enables you to go out to the barn before the sun comes up and flip on solar lights with no fear of electrical hazards that have plagued agricultural buildings for a 100 years.
