Great knife. Many other uses.
I got this knife because I ride my scooter through some sketchy areas, and I thought having a neck knife would give me some piece of mind. I found after using it that it has way more utility use than I imagined.First, it's a compact little knife with a sturdy blade and a nice handle. It's a little smaller than I had thought before buying, but three of my fingers comfortably fit on the handle which gives my hand enough purchase to use it without slipping. Being small isn't a bad thing, and it's better than carrying a bowie knife around your neck. It's discreet enough to hide under your shirt without drawing too much attention, but it's thumb actuated draw and lock release is brilliant. It will never fall out of the sheath, but a flick of the thumb along with a downward tug has your blade at the ready in a split second. Now that I experienced the sheath retention and smooth draw of this product, It's become my favorite utility tool also.I've opened countless boxes, pried things open, tightened screws (not listed as a feature), dug out thorns from my tires, cut those annoying zip ties off everything, cut off tags from clothes and hats, etc. When you have a sturdy knife hanging around your neck, you don't have think about what tool you might need for random things that come up during your day. "Oh yeah, I have a knife around my neck. Let's see if that'll work." And it usually does.

Very versatile
Love this knife, it can be carried multiple ways, and is very sharp and holds its edge very well. Lightweight, comfortable, can be switched to left hand r right.

A small EDC knife with some unique features.
Well, my opinion of the LeDuck (yes, I typed the word "the" there twice) knife is a mixed bag. It is definitely a "Neck Knife" first. It even comes with a lanyard to be worn as such. However, it also comes equipped on the sheath a belt clip attachment that pivots 360 degrees. There is enough bite in the clip attached to the sheath that it isn't going to be spinning around on your belt. I nice feature albeit a small one is the belt clip is designed to slide over the belt (as most do) but at least they took attention to retention methodically. The edge of the clip turns slightly back upwards so it hugs the belt, like a hook. The sheath looks like Kydex, but feels like molded plastic and is probably the reason for the locking mechanism on the sheath that you have to pull down to unsheathe, and then slide up when you re-sheath. It can be done one handed and with more use, fluid motion, I'm sure. The back of the blade has some toothy jimping (you will definitely take notice once applying your thumb to it,) along the spine and the choil fits comfortably next to the Index finger. Now, The Duck feature will rest between your Ring and Pinkie finger. Not sure if this provides extra control or stability, as this is a small chore knife (cutting fishing line, paracord, tape, thread, etc.) There is a rubbery slightly textured coating on the handle which also has a lanyard hole near the butt of the knife. It is a cool neck knife you can wear horizontally or vertically on your belt, and I would suggest its uses for simple EDC jobs.I did get spark pulling a ferro rod across the spine and besides possible feathering that is about all you're going to get with this blade, it's not a work horse. The blade had an edge out of the package, and it didn't take long for me to resharpen to my standard. So, if you're in the market for a variable neck knife, that you can place around your neck, on a belt, on a pack on maybe in your IFAK, try this one out. The overall length of the knife is about 6 inches, with the blade consisting of about 2.5 inches.

Possibly the perfect knife
I am a bit of a knife enthusiast and can say I absolutely love this knife. The security in the sheath is phenomenal and the rotatable belt clip is honestly something I wish all my fixed knives had. I work construction and use this knife as an everyday utility blade. It sharpens easily and is very durable. The shape of the handle makes for a very firm and ergonomic grasp, even if wearing gloves. Normally, I can always find something to complain about but this knife may actually be perfect, especially for the price.

Excellent utility knife
I have been using this knife for several weeks now and am increasingly happy with it. The handle is comfortable (no "hot spots") and gives very good control over the blade. The blade holds an edge well and is tough enough for multiple daily tasks. For the price it is a great value.

One Of My Favorite EDC Fixed Blades
I've had my eye on this one for a little while now and finally decided to give it a try. It's an awesome little EDC fixed blade! Very thin blade and easy to hide or carry! Interesting design for the handle but you can definitely get a great secure grip. Great daily users for all of my tasks

Love it!
I never really have to use it because I usually have a folder in my pocket but it seems sharp enough. It's a nice lightweight neck knife or small fixed blade to attach to your belt. I do get some use out of it for cutting through short pieces of cardboard or opening letters. I'm sure you could use it to whittle but the bottom of the blade isn't rounded-off/smooth-out so your finger may become irritated after awhile. Lastly, I love how the sheath has a latch on it so you know the knife is securely locked in place yet still very easy to deploy. Highly recommended.

Nice and easy
This knife is great for everything from large squirrels to small elephants. It's sharp, a good stiff backbone and fits my hand very nicely. I recommend it to everyone.
