The workmanship on this item is lovely. It is beautiful to lay on a dressing table as a decoration but useful in a purse. You will never pull this out with out someone asking to see it and wanting to know where you obtained it. I am impressed at how much of a treasure this is for a gift. You will love it. Great valentine gift! Order well in advance it takes some time to arrive from Korea, It is worth the wait.

I ordered this for my sister for Christmas, and wow...this is astonishingly pretty! It is stunning in person. The rainbow pearlescence of the mother of pearl just doesn't translate in the photo, but in person it is just arresting. The mirrors are beautiful, and the whole compacts seems to be very good quality. The item is petite, pehaps a bit smaller than I had expected. It actually makes the details of the mother of pearl all the more impressive. I plan to get one for myself very soon. I think my sister is going to love this. I really can't imagine anyone not loving it. Nice packaging, too.

I ordered this compact and also the Pink Korean Plum Flower Tree and Bird Design compact at the same time. This Lotus Flower Design compact was lovely, but I didn't think the image was as sharp as the other one. There were some areas within the flower designs where the fine black ink outline wasn't complete. It was beautiful, however, with the pinks and greens contrasted against the black background making it look very oriental!

Sturdy and beautiful. My grandmother had a mirror like this so when I saw it after she passed, I knew I needed it. It is lovely and the colors on the one I received are very similar to what I see on the computer screen.

A pretty little compact that arrived quickly and is so nice to carry in my purse!

OMG! This looked so pretty online I thought it would be a nice little extra for our daughter at Christmas but when it arrived I decided there was no way I would take the shine off her holiday with this thing. It was a real disappointment! NOT mother of pearl. Looks like holographic paper under a partially transparent overlay. No, I didn't take it apart to see cause it's going back. Also the metal parts look very cheap. It got a lot of great reviews but, really, I wonder why.

Intricate artwork, mesmerizing...I purchased as a gift for my mother and she is extremely happy with everything about this compact. Mirrors are of good quality as well. Just might have to purchase one for myself!

This compact is absolutely gorgeous. The detailed inlay is really beautiful. This is a elegant compact to add to you purse for those special outings. It also makes a fantastic gift for your BFF, and worth every dime! It's really a great piece of art!
