Klipsch RP-404C Center Channel Speaker (Ebony)

Only been a couple days but I upgraded from a R-52C and WOW just WOW!!! Vocals are loud and clear and gunshot are like holy crap real sounding lol…. I love this thing I moved the 52C to the bedroom but honeslty.. I’m about to order the RP 450c for the living room since it has the bigger sized woofers and everything and put this in the bedroom I like to sit in bed and watch movies on the weekends and just put the R-52C in the closet for a back up cause now that I’ve heard this big guy it’s hard to even listen to that one anymore lol

This center speaker is just simply beautiful and well well made. The sound quality of speaker is simply amazing, vocals are so clear, gun shots in John Wick is mind blowing and you feel it in your chest. I am beyond impressed with the performance of this center channel. I can’t highly recommend it enough.

I recently replaced all my tired speakers with new Klipsch speakers. I got this center channel speaker (RP-404C), a pair of RP-8000F's, and a pair of RP-600M's. I also have 2 Onkyo Dolby Atmos speakers and a Klipsch Reference 12" powered sub. My system is powered by an Onkyo TX-NR646 receiver. It isn't the best receiver out there but it has a lot of bang for the bucks just like this Klipsch center channel speaker! I immediately noticed the clarity this center channel speaker brought to my listening pleasure. It was a huge improvement to my last tired JBL center channel speaker. I used to have to really turn up the gain on my old speaker, and even then, I had trouble hearing dialogue in movies. This hasn't been the case with my new Klipsch RP-404C center channel speaker. Movie and TV show dialogue is very clear and dynamic now. I'm impressed. I highly recommend this speaker as well as the other Klipsch speakers I bought to compliment my system. If you can afford the other Reference Premier speakers I mentioned, you will be extremely happy with your whole setup. I know I am, for what's that worth to ya!

Not gonna give an exhaustive review. I love the fact that I can use this at lower sounds and still get great clarity vs the smaller ones I had before. Got this center speaker on sale during holiday shopping so it wasn't as expensive as MSRP. Worth it if you have the money to buy them outright and want to upgrade from an entry level.

Klipsch is always a great sound and this center channel delivers crisp high to mid tones. Not so much on the bass level but a mid really isn't for bass. The vocals coming out are clear and sharp.

Compared to what I had as a center channel speaker before - the klipsch 404C is a beast. It is much larger an heavier than I imagined (not that, that is bad though). The sound is very crisp, clean and clear and can get pretty loud. Loving this speaker so far!
