Appreciate Amazon sells this organic flour
This winter am making food that requires flour. I'd been eating less or mostly gluten free for health reasons to keep inflammation down.Though for my potato pancakes and roux for soup coconut flour just wasn't cutting it.The size of the bag is perfect and know it'll last longer stored in the fridge. This flour is amazing For soft batters.
This is an amazing flour. It goes well with soft batters. Like cakes, pies, soufflés. Amazing. But with hard batters like bread, doughs etc. Not so much. So purchase accordingly.
