Does it matter how you lace them up on the grips

You would want to lace them from the inner of your grip to end with knot at the outer of your grip so the excess lace hangs with the fringes

just wide enough to go around your hand grips to be laced. I used mine to decorate a cane and the laces/holes overlapped a bit on that.

Will these fit over kuryakyn iso grips?

It will fit but it won't have bumps like iso grips have.

Will these fit indian springfield 2021 ?

They lace up so I think you’ll be good
