Thermostatic Bidet Douche Shower Spray Kit Chrome Muslim Wall Fixing Back Plate

Up until recently I have been absolutely delighted with this bidet spray kit, especially as it mixes hot and cold feeds. Nice looking too. However, we woke this morning to find that it leaked overnight through the bathroom floor and into our newly decorated lounge. The water got into our light fittings and has damaged our new floor, as well as the ceiling. We are devastated. So beware before buying this, I don't think it has much longevity. We now have a hugely costly problem to solve....I have complained to the seller who has not taken any responsibility and will not replace or refund. You have been warned!

Looks good but havent used it yet. Plumber said it was of a good quality and easy to install.

Built to last beautifully crafted and outstandingly high quality product easy to use product.All I would say is that there should’ve output pressure settings on it like low, medium, high etc. Apart from that I am still very happy with this purchase.

In the light of no loo paper to be had, I thought I would try one of these. Well it is brilliant, feels well made, does the job. I will eventually get another for my second loo. Won't go back to paper again

Well made. Its pretty heavy for its size which implies good quality construction. All of the functions work well and I have no issues with dripping etc. Its very powerful! Luckily you can adjust the water flow easily. I only need to turn it on very slightly.

took a gamble and used as a valve for a compact shower - very pleased. works a treat. very solid - well made.
