Labtec Wireless Optical Mouse 800

Perhaps I'm missing something here, but this mouse simply doesn't work well; sometimes it doesn't work at all. At the best of times it has to be "woken up" every 10 minutes or so by clicking, a "feature" I find tiresome. At the worst of times, it doesn't work at all. A mouse should be something I plug in a forget about - transparent - sublime. This mouse is certainly in your face. Not recommended!

Doesn't work with Windows 7 and no online driver download available. Can't return it as taken out of packaging to try it.Other than the tiny fact that I can't actually use it, it has a nice feel to it and fits my rather small hands. One button to each of the shaped sides of the mouse can in theory be programmed (obviously not tested!) Nice soft low-impact clicks to the standard mouse buttons.Agree with the earlier reviewer who commented on the clicky wheel. It isn't a problem for me, but is quite noisy.Would like to be delighted with it - but can't :-D Restricted to 3 stars because description could easily have named operating systems that it works with.

Cette souris est un investissement intéressant compte tenu de son prix, de son désign et de ses fonctionnalités. Elle se branche soit en USB soit en PS/2 mais son connecteur un peu encombrant ne la rend pas forcément idéale pour une utilisation sur portable. Très maniable, elle dispose en outre de 2 boutons latéraux qui permettent une navigation aisée sur internet. L'ergonomie n'est pas tout à fait au point, ou alors ce sont mes doigts... toujours est-il qu'on clique parfois dessus sans trop faire exprès (mais bon, on n'est pas tjs sur internet). Enfin dernier point important : les déconnexions intempestives : si la souris n'est pas utilisée pendant quelques minutes d'affilée, elle se déconnecte automatiquement. La reconnexion est un jeu d'enfant, ça ne prend pas plus de 3 secondes, mais c'est quand même un peu énervant.Bonne appréciation générale.

I have changed my mouse many times to find a fast one for my gameplay, this one is comfortable to use.

Does exactly what I want. Using it with Vista without a problem - literally just 'plug and play'. I don't use it all the time but like to use it when working in excel and find that the batteries last much longer than stated! I can't say that I have noticed the weight to be any more than any other mouse and I do like the soft feel for handling.An excellent buy!

Le bouton de la molette centrale est vite tombé en panne, la molette a tendance à se bloquer... Bref. Pas top.
