Q: There is no review after 2018.Does it mean no purchaser after 2018

I buy so many products from Amazon that I don't have time to review. Maybe others feel the same way. But I took time to answer this in hopes it will help someone else like it helped me. I spent years going through UTIs, (urinary tract infections), abated by antibiotics. It got to where the antibiotics became less and less effective due to bacterial (mostly E Coli) resistance. I read that E Coli bacteria have an affinity for D Mannose more than for the bladder wall, and decided to try it. At the least sign of irritation or burning with urination, I take it. I use 1,500 mg with as much water as I can drink, and take it again after every time I urinate. Usually the bacteria wash out with the D Mannose within 24 hours, but I continue it for 3 days. Some may need 1 capsule prophylactically every day if your condition is really bad. In the last 4 years of discovering the product, I had to take antibiotics only once to end the infection. Remember to drink lots and lots of water with this. Also suggest pure 100% cranberry juice to go along with it, diluted with water..

It worked on a mild bladder infection. Verdict still out on severe problem!

Had a mild UTI... Can't take any more antibiotics. Used it and the problem lessened over a few days and has resolved as far as symptoms. So I'd say it works. Will know next time if I need it again if it works every time. I don't take it every day. Intend to use at first hint of symptoms. It's worth the try for sure versus antibiotic overuse. No side effects observed. Hope it is the answer to my prayers in the future!
