I’ve been using this pillow for over 2 years and 4 months, and it’s still going strong. It’s incredibly durable and has held its shape well. One of my favorite features is that you can remove the filling to adjust the firmness, giving you full control over how soft or supportive it feels.Even without adjusting much, I find it has a great balance not too soft, not too firm and it offers a noticeable cooling effect, which makes it even more comfortable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a long-lasting and customizable pillow.

I purchased this pillow in 2020 and as of today it sleeps just as good the day I purchased it. I place it in the dryer and fluff it up and it's good to go. I referred it to my friend and he absolutely loves it. I really like how you can adjust the filling. It's comfortable and does help me with my neck as I am a side sleeper.

Overview: Great pillow alternative to traditional pillows, was comfortable but had to adjust it. Would consider it a medium-firm pillow. Works great for side and back sleepers, not so sure for stomach sleepers. Can be adjusted so worth a shot. Good product support means if you aren't satisfied you will be okay.Pro: Adjustable, good firmness (medium), feels premium, good instructions on care.Cons: Requires some set up after unpackaging, and not too fond of the inner foam bits (but they seem to be holding up for now).For all my life, I have always used traditional synthetic filled pillows until they were basically flat. I finally decided to try something different so I shot for a memory foam pillow as I heard they last longer and can offer great support.Some background: I am a side/stomach sleeper. I used to have a lot of back problems from sleeping with inadequate pillows but have been working on tactics to reduce that. I also have a firm memory foam mattress. (from my understanding, as a side/back sleeper perspective its best to get a softer pillow if you have a more firm bed). I have been using this pillow for a week now.Initial Impression: When I unrolled the pillow there was a very distinct smell to it, nothing offensive but the packaging does have specific instructions on how to handle this, so I went ahead and tossed it in the dryer (low heat fluff) for 40 minutes and it came out smelling neutral.First night: The first night I used it, I left all the stuffing in to have a baseline. Compared to the previous pillow I was using, it was much higher and more firm after the drier. I found it ended up being too high and strained my neck. So I know for side sleeping, my best bet was to remove some stuffing. So I ended up removing about 3 handfuls (the material does stick together and can make a bit of mess so be careful). Then refluffed it to get ready to use for another night. After unzipping the pillow, it was super easy to adjust the fill. However the quality of the foam does look fine, I just think it tends to shift a lot and when its uneven can feel a little lumpy. It did seem to settle down though after a few days of use.Night 2-5: After the adjustment the pillow was SO much better. great support, and I'd describe the pillow as a medium firm (depresses about half way when pushed in but still holds it's shape). found myself rolling around a lot less. I was worried I would get hot, as I heard memory foam can hold in heat, but I actually didn't have that problem. A side note though, when first using the pillow, it is a very loud pillow if you aren't used to it (as in you can hear the foam compressing) but it became negligible fairly quicklyNight 6-7 - I have noticed after a couple days use, it is getting a little more flat where I lay my head. I am debating on if I want to readd some stuffing I removed to rebulk it, but as of now it is still really comfortable so I don't want to mess with it.Overall: the pillow requires some adjustment as it is set right now for me, I couldn't sleep comfortably on my stomach, but it works for side and back right now. However it is easy to adjust the height if you are a stomach sleeper, but at that point I'm not sure you will benefit from memory foam. For the price it is worth a shot and the company seems to be good with standing by their product so if anything does bother you you can contact them.

****Update-So I did end up buying another one of these and have had a completely different experience - the second one arrived all rolled up tight like a scroll. Once I undid it from the packaging it never puffed up or got much bigger. It has basically stayed really flat. Also something else that’s weird is it seems to be coming apart inside. The first one has stayed puffy and doesn’t feel like it’s in pieces but this one feels like I’ve had it forever and it’s on its last leg - like the stuffing is coming loose and separating. It is not as good as the first one. I don’t know if this is a fluke or if the company started making these with less filling or what but based on this second purchase I would not recommend this pillow. It’s like night and day experiences. If I didn’t know better I’d think I ordered a completely different pillow. I would like to have a second pillow like the first one I bought but I don’t want to risk getting another one and have it be just like this second one. It’s not like I haven’t given it time - I’ve had this second one for months so it’s not like I didn’t follow the instructions to give it time to expand. If my second pillow had been like my first I would be singing it’s praises from the rooftop but since it was such a dud I can’t recommend this as I don’t see how a purchase of the same pillow could be such an inferior product. The company seems to be experiencing poor quality control****I used to use whatever pillow my parents bought me growing up. I could sleep anywhere on anything and never had any issues all through college and afterwards. Fast forward 20 years and for the last several years I’ve had neck pain that has gotten so bad I’ve sought medical help as well as massage and chiropractic help. Nothing worked. I bought different memory foam pillows including one that had a notch in it specifically for side sleepers which did pretty good BUT something about this pillow appealed to me so I bought it. My hunch was correct. This pillow is amazing. I don’t wake up in pain anymore and I have the most comfortable deep sleep that I have not experienced in a long time. The pillow is super soft. It literally feels like you are laying on a cloud. You sink into it and feel comforted and sleep comes easy. I feel myself breathing a sigh of relief and happiness every time I lay on it. I did not smell anything when I got it or upon opening it like other reviews mentioned. I have not removed any of the filling either. It’s perfect right out of the packaging. I’m guessing if you like a very firm pillow that this won’t be for you but if that isn’t a concern I would highly recommend it. I can’t believe the price either. We’ve paid much more for inferior pillows that were supposed to be so great but weren’t. I like this so much I’m gonna buy one for my son. My husband is going to try mine and if he likes it we are getting him one too as he also suffers from neck and back pain. I love this pillow and I’m so glad I took a chance and bought it. I’m thinking about getting one for a backup just in case because I do not want to be without this going forward.
