Q: can you rip the pages out?

Hi there :) The pages are sewn in and secured with a durable binding so you cannot easily remove them. The pages are not perforated so tearing them out is not recommended. Thanks

Q: can you rip the pages out?

The pages aren’t perforated and they are sewn in. You could tear out a page but it may loosen others in the journal which, by the way is excellent.
