I purchased this tea mainly for the health benefits of Marshmallow Root in soothing digestion. Although I do try to drink a lot of herbal teas, I don't generally enjoy the flavour, drinking them only for their health benefits. If you're concerned about the taste of Marshmallow Root, I'd rate it as being one of the easier herbal teas to drink, very mild and not at all offensive. It is a very mild flavour, just a very subtle, soothing earthy taste with no real sweetness but no pungent herb flavour either. If you can drink a mug of hot water then this is similar but with a soothing, earthy hint. As for the benefits, I have only been drinking it for around 5 days and I haven't noticed any dramatic effects or benefits but I'd like to give it longer as this may be one of those remedies that is a longer-term rather than short term solution. Will update if so!

I didn’t realize how horrible this tea was until I bought it from a different seller. This tea has no taste and looks like rubbish. I even found plastic pieces in the tea. I wouldn’t buy it again!

I just wish there was more in the packet. I buy this every few weeks to help with my leaky gut. This, along with slippery elm have helped me heal my gut. Highly recommend. Consistent product, and company!
