First of all delivery was incredibly fast. Secondly this soap dispenser was less than half the cost of the Pfister dispenser I had tried to replace. 2 replacements for the Pfister dispenser were defective. This one was easy to install and worked immediately. The color was a great match to my Pfister stainless steel faucet. Hope it lasts longer than the Pfister dispenser that costs over twice as much.

It’s a small upgrade that makes a big difference in daily convenience and decluttering the countertop.Installation was straightforward—even for someone who isn’t especially handy. It fit perfectly into the extra hole on our sink, and the included instructions were clear enough to get it done in under 10 minutes. The 17 oz. PET soap bottle is a great size—it holds a good amount of soap, so I’m not refilling it constantly, and it’s accessible from above, which makes refills a breeze.The brushed nickel pump head looks great with our existing faucet and hardware. It has a nice weight and a smooth pump action that feels more premium than I expected from a product at this price point. So far, no clogging or drips—just a clean, consistent dispense every time.I use it for dish soap, but it could easily work for hand soap or lotion as well. If you're tired of plastic bottles cluttering up your sink area, this is a clean, functional, and affordable solution. Highly recommended!

Gave this a 5-star rating. I chose this one for the design of the visible part above the sink. Bought three of these for my bathroom sinks. It is well made, works reliably, and was easy to install. The finish matches well with my Pfister faucets.You can easily fill it from the top, but also by removing the reservoir bottle. I have an uncluttered under-sink area and found it easier and faster to unscrew the bottle from the bottom – about a minute to remove, refill, and re-install. The large bottle means it might need refilling once in a month in a frequently used location. In a location with infrequent use, a refill might last 3-4 months.One thing to consider for your sink(s). The reservoir bottle extends about 24mm/9.5 inches from the bottom of the sink. This is why I found it easy to unscrew for refilling. You will need about 26mm/10.5inch under-sink clearance. Also, it could potentially be a bit unsightly on a pedestal sink. I have one pedestal sink installation with this installed on the left-hand side. It’s not generally visible unless looking from a low angle and catches the eye less than the supply lines and shut-off valves.

We installed this soap dispenser where the old sprayer used to be. It installed easily and fit the standard sprayer hole in our sink perfectly. I decided to use it for dish soap, not hand soap. This keeps the bottle of dish soap off my counter/sink area. It works great but the pump has to be pushed down several times to get an adequate amount of soap in my hand. That's really my only complaint with it which really isn't a big deal. It looks nice with my brushed nickel faucet and metal sink. It's very easy to keep filled with soap; simple remove the pump and refill from the top, then replace the pump. Very handy and looks nice.
