Works great for a couple issues.
These are a fine quality arch support/strap. Not only can you adjust the Velcro closure to fit around your foot, but there are three silicone inserts for that custom-fit.Over the years, I've had an issue forming in my arch that effects my knee. Because all the nerves in your body go down into your feet, I ascertained that the problem with my knee, probably is agitated by a nerve ending in the arch. I was correct.I started wearing the highest support on my left arch, because I have high arches. Just within a couple days, the nerve that is on the inside area of my knee showed great improvement. I had no more knee throbbing pain at night that would wake me up either, as I wear the support at night and even lying down it presses on the nerve in questions. If you are having any leg-related nerve pain, especially your knees, it's worth trying these arch straps. I'm buying a 2nd pair in another color for when I work in the gardens. It's not a 100% fix, but a definite improvement.

Help for walking barefoot
I recently ruptured my plantar fascia and have been looking for something to help provide arch support for the brief times I am without shoes in the house. I wear the thickest pad on the injured foot without a sock and find it helps support my foot and is quite comfortable. Of course my foot still hurts but the brace helps with pain as well as swelling.I also wear the brace with flats and flip flops but find it isn’t very comfortable with socks and tennis shoes. After a few hours the brace does loosen a bit and the Velcro has started to cause some “fuzzing” on the brace, but otherwise it is holding up well.

It works
Sometimes it feels like I'm walking with a stone under my arch. When that happens, I wear this support and it really helps, makes it more comfortable to walk.

Great item however
I have only had this one day, and I do like the support it gives while walking barefoot in my house. The only issue is there was only 1 support in the package that was clearly labeled pair.Luckily it is the side I have the most pain on, so I am keeping it, I am just disappointed there were not 2 in the packaging.

A great choice for walking barefoot in the home
When you don't want to be in shoes and still need to relieve pain from plantars, this is a great option. It comes pre-loaded with the medium sized foam arch insert which is perfect for my average sized arch. Tried the large foam insert, but it was too much for my arch and uncomfortable--the medium is just right. Fits snugly around the foot and is very comfortable. Definitely a must to relieve pain and still be able to go barefooted.

The instructions and videos are not helpful for knowing if you are using the supports correctly
The only thing I am clear about is which support is for the right foot and which one is for the left foot. There is no clarity as to whether the strap should be fastened toward the inside or outside of the foot, or whether the flat side of the pad should be facing the outside or the inside of the foot. I am wearing them, but I need to know if I am using them correctly. I will update my review when I get some information from the seller.UPDATE: I first did an online support chat. That was not helpful at all. I then followed up with a telephone call to customer support. That was very helpful. The instructions I was given are to wear the supports so that you secure the top strap facing toward your big toe on each foot. I have been wearing the supports daily for the past 3 days. My feet and ankles are feeling better every day!

Great for fallen arches.
I was suffering with foot and ankle pain but had no idea why. My doctor told me it was fallen arches. The physical therapist recommended these arch supports and they’ve really helped. I recently ordered a second pair. The first pair is about a year old and is still holding up well after nearly daily use for a year. I ordered the second pair because I hand wash them eevery night and they weren’t always dry in the morning. I like the option of three different size supports. My needs vary and this gives me options. It’s like 3 pairs for the price of one.

Instant relief, some irritation
So this is not my first rodeo with plantar fasciitis: Stretching, ice, stretching, Ibuprofen, stretching, insoles, stretching, etc...While visiting my adult daughter she suggested I try her arch supports. (Not this brand) Wow, I got instant relief! Pain was not totally gone, but I could walk without limping and making those little grunting pain noises. At times I forgot I had foot pain.I could not find that brand, but these work great. As another reviewer mentioned, a little direction would have been good. I started out with the biggest insert but quickly found out that was too much so I back it up to the middle size.My only "complaint" is that I need to wear socks while the brace is on. This makes it even more bulky to wear with shoes. (A few pair of shoes I cannot wear when the brace is on...which is pretty much all the time!).When I wore sandals I left it off and the skin across the top of my foot was very irritated. There is still pain from the plantar fasciitis but because it is so minimized, I have not been doing my stretching as regularly. That is MY problem, not the product's! LOLI've only had these for about a month so I can't comment on the durability of the product.
