I have been having occasional anxiety episodes throughout my day. After doing some research, it seemed like giving supplements a try was the best first step. L-Theanine seemed to have the most promise, and the Calm-Plex brand and other generics on the market seemed overpriced for no reason. I decided to give Dr. Dean's a shot. I take 1 pill in the morning with my tea and I cannot believe the impact it has had on my days. It has taken the edge off my anxiety, and I am able to focus a lot more while maintaining a much more positive mood. I'm a firm believer in L-Theanine, and I'm very happy with Dr. Dean's quality and price.

It was supposed to help with my mood and it completely ruin it within 45min. I am not sure what is in that made me super nauseous and actually made be vomit. It has been now about 6 hours since I took it and I am not feelin well at all. Anybody else had a similar effects?
