The McGraw-Hill 36-Hour Course: Operations Management

I found this book very informative and very interesting. I got it for a very good value of 10$. I had got used version but it arrived in a very good condition. I would definitely recommend this book for Operation Management enthusiasts.

I'm only 10% into this book right now and so far so good. A ton of useful information.

Very clear to read and understandable.

This provided me more insight and knowledge about Management without having to take a course. I feel empowered to make difficult decisions.

This book is too abstract. You won't find any forecasting technics, any specifications of product quality control etc. I purchased this book to learn something about Operations managament before the course starts. Unfortunatelly I just spent my time reading it. I would recommend other book on operations management Jay Heizer and Barry Render. This book is very big, but you will find in it all you need about operations management.
