Fit & Well Brief Edition: Core Concepts and Labs in Physical Fitness and Wellness 9th Edition

This is a really interested and well-organized textbook. I recommend it for everybody either at school or not. I consider it as a bible for every healthy and well-being family.

Warning this is the brief edition of the textbook and I needed the full version for my class. I din't realize until the class got to chapters that weren't there, but overall a useful book and more informative and interesting than most texts. So if you need it for a class double check the edition.

This was a great book that I bought for school. I got an A+ in the class so it must have done its job.

I purchased this book used not realizing it was also a lab book. It has pages missing and of course the lab pages I needed. Probably not a good idea to buy it used if you need the lab pages.

I have had easy use of this book and Amazon, I will look forward to using you again in the not so distant future.

Reads well, but is simple. Shows the necessary images for the class. Saved me tons of money over the same book on paper.

it turned out a brief version, not the formal version i want. i am kind of disappoint, but since it take a long time for shipment, and the school has already run in the half way, so i decided not to return it.

Was very convenient to have the book available electronically on my kindle. Was much lighter to carry around. Plus it was cheaper than the paperback
