MERIBIN CAPS 5 MG 120

While searching for causes of my idiopathic neurological and metabolic issues, I discovered that I'm a carrier of the BTD gene with 50% mean normal levels of biotinidase. I was told by the world's expert on BTD that I "would not be expected to experience any symptoms associated with BTD" with these enzyme levels. When I then tried to clarify that this status couldn't possibly be causing any of my problems, he wouldn't confirm that. I then asked if any research was being done on possible effects of these half-normal levels, he said not that he know of.So that being said, I decided to start taking Meribin just to see if I experienced any relief, because why not?Unfortunately, I didn't get any relief from my neurological symptoms, but metabolically, it definitely did something.I developed problems with hypoglycemia once I hit middle age. Fasting for any length of time was problematic, and I had to carry glucose tablets around with me. It was so bad that if I didn't snack in the afternoon, I'd become hypoglycemic on the drive home from work. That completely stopped when I started taking Meribin. I haven't been hypoglycemic a single time in the four years since, and I'm now doing intermittent fasting on a regular basis.Whether there's a known medical basis for it or not, this supplement has helped me drastically.

We use this for our son's biotinidase deficiency. Everyone in the metabolic disorder program at Riley have been experiencing this brand being denied by our insurances. I'd rather buy this bottle anyways. We were paying 40 bucks a month for 30 capsules!!!! A vitamin store had a few in stock for cheap and I guess I never realized I could just buy it myself since it is a vitamin.We were gifted these exact bottles within the first week of our son's life and I'm glad to be able to buy them myself now.Thank you.

My son has a partial Biotinidase deficiency. Our genetic doctor recommends this for treatment. Meribin works great for him !

I purchased this to use as a hair/nail supplement. This is a high potency, pure biotin supplement which is often used for metabolic disorders. You can't find this in a vitamin shoppe, at least I haven't been able to yet. I take one/day with no side effects. It seems to work well with my nails but haven't noticed much of a difference yet on my hair. Decent price considering potency of it!!!

I love this product & you guys always get here in a timely manner! my daughter relies on this medicine because of her biotin deficiency. and without this medicine she wouldn't be our happy healthy little girl!

Suplemento muy vital

We have to give our son Biotin daily and this was the brand recommended by his geneticist. It worked just okay. We have since found another brand that works better while my son is only breastfeeding. It is hard to get this brand to mix and dissolve but other wise it comes highly recommended. We may try again once he is on solids.
