What is the best way to thin out? With water?

60 ml of water. I tried 120 ml of water but it was too much fluid in one dose for my daughter

Can you use this product without using a feeding tube?

Yes, this can be used without a feeding tube. Actually with a feeding tube it needs to be thinned out with something. Just drink it like a smoothie or warm it up and eat it as a soup. I don't know how it tastes though.

If this formula is watered down to an appropriate thinness, can this be used in a j-tube?

We used it in a g tube as is. So I would think so

Delicious & Clean

Very nutritious for our toddler. Great clean ingredients. Just wish it wasn't so pricey. Any discounts would really help out as this is the only blended food our toddler receives due to the condition.

Real Food for my son now!! Such a great alternative from the oil and sugar Boost.

For about 7 years my son (who has trouble chewing and swallowing) was on Boost. I hated it every time I read the ingredients. But for the past 3 months we have switched him to this stuff and he is responding so well. His lower GI tract is starting to work better and he seems interested in food again. This Compleat Organics Blend Chicken / Mango thing is so great! Thank you Nestle for giving us a blenderized alternative that can work with a g-tube or a sippy cup. Fantastic stuff! Real food. I love reading the ingredients of this product and I have no reservations giving him this stuff. Keep up the good work on this Compleat line of foods. We get ours through Byram and our two insurances cover it completely. Awesome!
