Q: Earbuds worked but now they wont connect to each other. I can connect them separately to my phone but not both at the time. Any solutions?

Hi, might be Bluetooth as opposed to the buds, erase the connection on the Bluetooth settings on the fone itself, restart the fone, then try to connect the buds afresh.

Q: Are you able to connect one earbud at a time? I commute by bike and would only be using the left one while cycling. (Music / Map directions)

Yes you can, I'm not sure about only the left one as I have only done it with the right, but the earphones are actually identical so can go in either ear. The process to do it is a little bit annoying, you have to connect both as normal then put one back in the box, but yes it is doable
