Lovely
For me, this product worked amazingly. It was just what I wanted. I have half virgin hair (warm blonde, level seven to nine depending on sun exposure) and half dyed a year ago with henna (since faded but still there). The first go around, I didn't follow the instructions. I shampooed and conditioned my hair before and after applying. It made my hair very dry and only the virgin parts of my hair took the color. So I decided to put it on my dry hair and leave it on for ten minutes then rinse and condition. It all turned a deep, vivid purple. It left my hair very soft and shiny. The next day, I ordered the cool silver and mixed the two with just a splash of purple and mostly cool silver. I followed the directions this time, leaving it for ten minutes and it cooled the purple down to a deeper, more neutral color. I've washed my hair three or four times since this last application and it still is very purple, a nice neutral medium depth purple. I love it. It also smells soooo good. The only drawbacks are the cost, as you really need quite a bit of product to coat your hair evenly and I have medium-long, but very fine and thin hair. I also got a lot of shedding while using this product but I normally do when I use heavy hair masks, probably because I'm pretty rough during application. But the shedding is not continuous and I've actually had less daily shedding since.

Savior color
I colored my hair for the first time in over 15 years, usually my go to is a dark auburn, I like reds for my skin tone. I tried a new color, all natural, recommended by a friend and the color was supposed to be dark red. It turned my hair a horrible copper penny color, very light and harsh. I did not want to re-dye and through research found this product, read every single review and ordered. I got the cacao intense as I needed to darken but hopefully keep the red tones. My hair is short, very fine and thin so it didn't take much product. I was nervous about how dark it would be so I diluted with some water, put on damp hair, applied with a toothbrush which worked really well and once saturated combed through. I didn't want to leave on too long, the directions said 3-7 minutes so I did approx. 4, rinsed and conditioned. The results were amazing. I wanted it a bit darker, still had a bit of copper shine so I reapplied but this time did not dilute and I kept is on longer, maybe 5-7 min. I am so amazed by how well this worked. The color came out so good, exactly as I wanted and my hair is super soft. I used Carols Daughter Goddess strength fortifying conditioner after rinsing and my hair looks and feels amazing. I saw many comments in the reviews that said it stained the tub or sink and to be sure to wear gloves but using the toothbrush and comb I didn't need gloves and if any color got in the sink while applying I rinsed right then and no problems at all. The tub is fine as well. I would say do first application on the cautious side, diluted and for a short period and see how it looks as you can reapply if it's not there yet. So happy I found this. In regards to some saying it's expensive, it's really not. The tub will last for many applications especially if you have shorter fine hair like mine. So totally worth it and it saved the day.

Perfect color
The media could not be loaded. The picture is before and the video is after using the copper color. I love the color it gave my hair and it’s very soft. Not too dramatic!

Good for inbetween appointments
I get my hair done professionally about every 5-6 months. I hate paying the expense for my highlights to be redone. I have dark brown hair with red/brown and carmel highlights. To keep the life of my highlights going I use this! I leave for about 5 minutes to give some life to the color and my hair feels soooo soft. I use it probably every 2 weeks. I feel like it enhances the color that’s already there and just refreshes it. So far no allergy issues with it and hasn’t mess up hair.

Tint of warm purple.
So I’ve been using this product for about two weeks now on and off to touch up my hair. I have noticed a difference for sure after using it but would say it’s not exactly the shade I was hoping for. If you need a neutral color brown this shade isn’t it. I had pink hair before this but my roots are very much a deep blonde naturally so I was trying to match it. I do think this product helps achieve a new look pretty easily but I don’t know if I would get this shade again. I think it’s pretty expensive for the size you get. I think you go through it pretty fast too depending how frequently you have to use it. The instructions say to use on clean hair so if you are looking for something to use in the shower I wouldn’t really suggest it as you have to wear gloves and get out of the shower to be sure you have it all saturated and it’s just not very convenient. I am in the process of trying it on dry hair to see how that works. Will update if I’m able

Not for gray blending
If you’re looking to blend grays, this is NOT it. For that, I use Wella color charm Demi permanent on my roots. This toner is excellent for softening the contrast of bleached highlights with brown hair. I use the color cacao.

Great product!
I'm thrilled I found this product! I use it to add more color to my faded and brassy hair between permanent coloring sessions. I prefer the Intense Cocoa shade, which lasts about 1 to 2 weeks, depending on how often I wash my hair. I love how easy it is to use; just 3 to 5 minutes in the shower is all it takes. I get some stains on my towel, but they aren't permanent and wash out easily. I highly recommend it!

Salon quality at home!
By far the best toning product I have ever used. I died my own hair and it was bright neon yellow-I was in a panic after wearing a beanie an entire day to hide my hair. I ordered cool cream for my hair and left it on for 4 minutes and the results are amazing. My hair looks like I just left the salon and it smells amazing. When I say my hair was so bright and yellow I mean it. I plan on doing it a little longer next time so it tones it down even more. You can also still see my highlights.
