As delicious-but much easier-as the original "Better Homes and Gardens" lemon bars recipe. Everything you need is in the box except liquid. My pans are very old, so I should have used solid coconut oil to 'grease the pan' to get the bars out with ease.

Excellent taste. However, the crust stuck to the pan and made serving difficult. I would try buttering the pan first, next time.

Be prepared to eat it with a spoon.
The taste is ok but the premixed crust isn’t enough to fill the bottom of the pan and it also doesn’t release after the whole thing is baked. It hurt my stomach after I tried it. The one that sounds like the Simpson’s clown is better and costs maybe $1 more.
