Run, don't walk. This is one of the best hand pumps. I have a medela hand pump and even with the correct falange size, I was in pain expressing milk. Also, I couldn't get much out and I had a clogged duct. Decided to order this baby and within TEN MINUTES I was able to pump 3 ounces and get rid of the lump on my breast. It is so magical. I am ordering another- when I start pumping at work and don't have time to sanitize in between pumps, I'll alternate.P.S. I also own a Willow Go hands free pump worth $250+ and that thing takes 40 minutes to extract 30 ounces. This is truly the best purchase I've ever made.

***Before you check out, add a flange sizing kit: you must know your nipple size for successful pumping.***It's a good pump to use if you don't want to break out the bulky pump in the middle of the night when baby is asleep but you're engorged

Love! I have used the Medela manual pump with my other kids but loved the idea of pumping and feeding from the same bottle. Very pleasantly surprised that this pump works better than medela for me and I can just attach the bipple and feed from the same bottle. The nipples are similar to pigeon which our baby is used to, so it has been easy to transition her to use lansinoh bottles and nipples and if you’ve done any research would know that lansinoh, pigeon and evenflo balance are the most recommended nipples for breastfed babies! Love this pump, empties me really quick too. Comes with flange sizes 25 and 30, 25 is a perfect fit for me, the standard 24 always hurts me

Does what it’s intended to do just very squeaky about it

This pumps works better for me than any other I’ve tried. It’s obviously not super convenient having to manually pump, but anytime I feel a clogged duct or like I’m just not emptying, this does the trick. I get the most output from using this.

Very useful when you are beginning colostrum collection HOWEVER the duckbill valve is VERY thin and tore after 3 days of gentle washing. Had to just pull out my Spectra instead. I'll get replacement valves for this when I go back to work unless I get a wearable pair first.Good overall in a pinch and helps if you happen to be TOO busty to hand express.

I personally love this. It's worth having around just in case. I used this for colostrum as well but now use it at night cause it's easier for just one at a time while my daughter eats.

The. Best. I would choose this pump over my very expensive ones over and over! I’m on my 3rd one of these and will continue to purchase as many as needed! LOVE this product!
