My baby loves this book! It really does live up to the claims of being rip proof, and doesn’t disintegrate when she puts it in her mouth. I keep it with her baby toys. That way it’s a book, that she can look at any time she wants to. I read other books to her, of course. But her other books stay on the shelf. This one will really help build her interests and love for books. It’s even helpful to let her hold this book, while I’m reading something else to her. That way she’s not grabbing and tearing the pages, of whatever I’m reading to her.

I am a retired nurse and gave these books as a baby shower gift. Mommy to be was excited. I liked the concept of these books . Bright colors and clean shaped pictures for baby .Will see how they holds up and will probably buy more as gifts. Reading to baby is so important in their development. Read to baby daily and you will have a reader when they grow up.

I have been buying these books for many years. I own a home child care center. They are a must have for my infants and toddlers. They are truly indestructible! The children can chew on them, roll them up, bend them, drool on them and they return to there normal shape once washed. I just put them in the sink and scrub the pages and let them air dry. Then COVID hit and I have to remove all of my books from the play spaces because they are not washable but I didn't have to remove these ones. I jumped on the publishers web site to see if they had any new titles and they did! Keep em coming!!! The children, and I, love them!!!

Little on the small side

My son saw his sister has books in her bed and wanted to have a book in his bed too! We don’t trust him to keep it in his bed yet (he likes to throw everything outta the crib when he wakes up). He also puts everything in his mouth still. This is a great book for him. If he throws it, it won’t break anything; if he chews it, it can get washed and be fine!

This book is fabulous! It has beautiful illustrations and the "paper" is soft and nice to hold. It is indestructible as described, and has survived being mauled by 2 toddlers regularly ;)
